Season 15 Gem Farming: The Efficient Route
With the old farm nerfed, run the World Stone Keep dungeon south of Kyovashad for royal gems, charms and runes.

DonTheCrown’s 16 September 2026 gameplay video offers a replacement route: with the old gem dungeon nerfed, the World Stone Keep capstone dungeon is faster.
Requirements
- Difficulty: Torment 4 or higher.
- Location: south of Kyovashad, easiest to reach from the Nesque area.
- No key or special item required, so you can reset and re-enter freely.
- The first clear unlocks rank 6 of the season journey.
The route
- Inside, the first stage is just finding the path away from the central area; it usually sits on the right or along the far wall, and the shape is easy to read.
- Reaching the upper area triggers the encounter, and all three bosses close in together.
- Kill them for the payout: royal-tier gems, charms and runes.
- Reset the dungeon and repeat.
Why it beats the old route
- Shorter. The creator compares it with the farm he used before and calls this clearly faster.
- Steadier. He describes it as dropping “one of each” gem almost every run, where the old route gave a couple.
- Extra value. Charm drops can be rerolled, and the runes feed directly into runewords, covered in the season 15 runeword review.
Where the facts stop
This is one creator’s testing, not an official mechanic. Dungeon layouts, difficulty and drops can all change in a later patch.
For Eternal characters, the reply in the comments is blunt: if the dungeon does not exist there, the method does not apply.
The build context is on how to build and the season 15 page.
