How many classes does Diablo IV have now?
Eight. Barbarian, Sorcerer, Druid, Rogue and Necromancer come with the base game; Spiritborn arrived with Vessel of Hatred; Paladin and Warlock arrived with Lord of Hatred.

Check Blizzard's server status and official announcements first: during a season launch or maintenance, waiting is the only fix. If there is no outage, work through drivers, network and platform licence checks. Reinstalling the game rarely helps.
